Gali Bloch Liran

Gali Bloch Liran is the Founder & CEO of The Human Founder - a global conscious leadership & performance consultancy, working with hundreds of tech companies’ leaders. Gali is a Trusted Advisor, an Executive Coach and Angel Investor, working with hundreds of CEOs, founders, investors, and senior executives in the high-tech and startup industries - from early-stage to post IPO. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, strategy, business psychology, law, business development, management, and marketing, Gali has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the startup ecosystem and she brings a unique perspective to leadership development in the startup ecosystem.Gali holds an LL.B in Law and BA in Psychology and an MBA with a specialization in Business Psychology.

She is a lecturer at Reichman University, an executive coach in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program, and a business leadership advisor at Google. Since 2020, she's been volunteering at Restart NGO, supporting IDF veterans in their personal and professional rehabilitation. In 2021 Gali created The Human Founder Podcast which has produced over 150 episodes featuring behind-the-scenes conversations with entrepreneurs and investors about the mental side of entrepreneurship, maintaining a regular column in Calcalist, and is the Author of The Human Founder Book published by Matar Publishing House.
