Dr. Ayal Shenhav, a leading Israeli attorney with over 30 years of experience, represents investment funds, start-ups, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. Ranked consistently as a Tier 1 practitioner by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, he advises Israel’s top venture capital and private equity funds on formation, tax structuring, investments, and operations.
Dr. Shenhav has led numerous complex financing and M&A transactions, representing various stakeholders. He is an international tax expert, specializing in the Israeli and US tax systems, and advises on asset protection and generational wealth transfer. After practicing at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, Dr. Shenhav served as Vice Dean at Reichman University’s Radzyner School of Law and founded Shenhav & Co. Law Offices, which merged with Gross & Co. in 2018. He later became Managing Partner of Gross & Co. and played a key role in forming Goldfarb Gross Seligman.
An Adjunct Professor at Tel Aviv and Reichman Universities, Dr. Shenhav teaches Start-Up Law and frequently lectures on innovation, venture capital, and tax. He was also a board member of Alliance High School in Tel Aviv and led the Law Firm and Accounting Firm Committee of IATI, Israel’s premier high-tech organization.
