Being part of a community means having people to talk to who understand your challenges—because they’ve been there too. Zell4Zell forums and groups are where you can show up as you are, get perspective, and not do it all alone.

A new take on the Zell Forum—same spirit, evolved format
The Z4Z forum consists of 6 to 7 Zellots who regularly meet in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and openness to share business, family, and personal experiences. The forum provides an ongoing opportunity to discuss with peers the issues that arise in our everyday hectic lives. The Zell format combines some YPO methodology's fundamental guidelines with Zell.Life adaptations based on 15 years of experience running Zell forums. An experienced Zellot will guide each new forum for 2-3 sessions.
Any Zellot who is looking for a space that allows nonjudgmental sharing, shared learning, and empathy, which leads to self-reflection and personal growth.
Being part of a forum is a commitment. The forum meets every 4-6 weeks (8-10 times a year).
Confidentiality is key to allowing a safe sharing space. Participants must keep the highest level of confidentiality.
Be an active forum member (there are no listeners).
Our goal is to create a diverse group of alumni with no conflict of interest or any other issue that might affect the ability of any member to share freely.
